Acrostic poems are poems where the first letter of each line is used to spell another word. In this competition, my inspiration was a 3,500 mile drive from Eagle River Alaska to St Paul MN that I took with my wife (just girlfriend at the time). I'll have to put that adventure into another story for some other writing competition down the road.
